Saving A Wood Floor

When this wood floor got wet, the homeowner didn't think much of it and felt like it wasn't a serious issue. It turned out that there was actually water trapped underneath the floor that needed to be addressed.

The homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner to address the issue. We responded quickly and got right to work on saving their wood flooring.

We did dry the floor on the surface, however, we added drying equipment that allowed us to create airflow underneath as well. The process of drying both on top and underneath the floor simultaneously helped us to be able to save this wood floor.
